  1. The simplest thing I do with tofu is grill it on a foreman grill, than throw it in a wrap with bbq and ranch.

  2. I make veggie “meatballs” by mixing 2 packages of tofu, a bag of Bob’s Red Mill TVP, soy sauce, garlic pepper salt, and an egg. I roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees until browned. I eat these as”meatballs” or crumble into chili or for tacos or burritos.

  3. My favorite tofu marinade is Kikoman’s soy sauce…then sprinkling the tofu with Trader Joe’s Everything spice before lightly frying it on both sides. YUM!

  4. Fascinating and amazing, a pineapple and apple-cider vinegar marinade, my wife would definitely like to use everyday.
